The Schiller Institute's Founder and Chairwoman, Helga Zepp-LaRouche, will be joined by Dr. Patrick Ho, editor and co-author of "The 'Belt And Road' Monograph" 2016, and head of the China Energy Fund Committee, in addressing a Schiller Institute Conference on February 4, 2017. Dr. Ho, in his December 10, 2016 presentation to a Schiller Institute conference, addressed the topic "One Belt, One Road: A New Model of Inclusive Economic Growth and Sustainable Development." On February 4th, Dr. Ho's topic will be all about infrastructure as the backbone of connectivity, and the land bridges reaching over to the American continent.

One week into the new Administration, in this tumultuous time, we must recall the principle of national union, exemplified by Lincoln's Transcontinental Railroad, the first unification of a continent in world history. America was built by Hamilton with that thought. His was a single indivisible intent to replace the British-"Brutish" Empire's idea of man as "merely another animal" with that of man and woman endowed with the unalienable right to freedom for discovery, invention and creation.

Hamilton's Presidency-concept was embedded in the U.S. Constitution's Preamble, which places the General Welfare of the nation above all smaller, "confederate' divisions. A new economic platform, returning the U.S. in 2017 -- the 100th birthday of John Fitzgerald Kennedy -- to that higher conception of man expressed in the Apollo Project, has been the particular emphasis of Lyndon and Helga LaRouche and LaRouche's Manhattan Project. The LaRouche Four Laws, starting with President Trump reinstating Glass-Steagall, are the efficient means of re-imposition of the Constitution of the United States. The future lies in initiating a new paradigm of great power relationships (a win-win approach) between the U.S., China, Russia, and India, dedicated to the peaceful economic development of the planet. The World Land-Bridge proposal, which incorporates the China "One Belt One Road" policy within it, is immediately actionable, but only through the successful efforts of the Schiller Institute internationally, and in the next weeks.
